नकलरोधी कानून को लेकर अफवाहों पर ध्यान न दें, उत्तराखंड में 10वीं-12वीं और विश्वविद्यालय की परीक्षाओं में नहीं होगा लागू, सिर्फ सरकारी भर्ती परीक्षाओं पर लागू होगा नकलरोधी कानून
देहरादून। उत्तराखंड में नया नकल विरोधी कानून 10वीं, 12वीं और विश्वविद्यालय की परीक्षाओं में लागू नहीं होगा। विधि विभाग ने यह सिफारिश की थी जिसे सरकार ने मानने से इन्कार कर दिया है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बताया कि उत्तराखंड प्रतियोगी परीक्षा (भर्ती में अनुचित साधनों की रोकथाम व निवारण के उपाय) अधिनियम 2023 कानून केवल उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आयोग, उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग, उत्तराखंड चिकित्सा सेवा चयन बोर्ड की ओर से होने वाली सरकारी भर्ती परीक्षाओं पर लागू होगा। उन्होंने बताया कि विधि विभाग ने जो सिफारिश की थी वह सरकार ने नहीं मानी। बोर्ड और विश्वविद्यालयों की परीक्षाओं पर यह कानून लागू नहीं होगा। इन परीक्षाओं में मौजूद नियम ही लागू रहेंगे। बताया कि कानून के दायरे को लेकर कुछ लोग अफवाह फैला रहे हैं जबकि अध्यादेश की अधिसूचना में ही यह स्पष्ट किया गया है कि यह कानून किन परीक्षाओं पर लागू होगा।
सील केवल एक साथ पेपर खोलने के लिए
पेपर की सील को लेकर उठ रहे विवाद के बीच राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि सील केवल अभ्यर्थी स्तर की औपचारिकता है। यह सील इसलिए लगाई जाती है ताकि सभी अभ्यर्थी पेपर एक साथ खोलें। परीक्षा के समय से पहले कोई पेपर को न खोल पाए। अन्य सभी मामलों पर भी आयोग के अधिकारियों का कहना है कि सभी प्रक्रियाएं पूरी पारदर्शिता के साथ पूरी की गई हैं। पटवारी-लेखपाल भर्ती में कहीं कोई गड़बड़ी नहीं हुई है।
पटवारी भर्ती में इसलिए कम हुई अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या
आठ जनवरी को हुई पटवारी-लेखपाल भर्ती परीक्षा में 1,58,210 में से 1,14,139 अभ्यर्थी शामिल हुए थे। जबकि रविवार को दोबारा हुई परीक्षा में 1,03,730 अभ्यर्थी शामिल हुए। आयोग के अधिकारियों का मानना है कि अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या में आई इस गिरावट का कारण यह है कि कई भर्तियों की प्रक्रिया चल रही है। एक-एक अभ्यर्थी ने कई-कई भर्तियों के लिए आवेदन किए हुए हैं। लिहाजा, माना जा रहा है कि इस वजह से आठ जनवरी के मुकाबले अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या में गिरावट आई है।
